Chakra points, weapons and Armor

Chakra points:
Ok, on another RPG forum i played, theres genin using like a million substitutions an acads making like 100 clones. so now, each player has chakra points depending on their rank. Acad get 10 chakra points. Genin 20, Chuunin 30, Jounin 40, Sannin 50 and Kage 60, these chakra points are used in spars and missions.
Weapons/Armor:
These are not for hitting and blocking, they also give Chakra points, and you can hit with them in any way. Some of the weapons have extra bonuses, which i will put all in the ninja shop, that is all (for now)
