Rules and stuff

1: Have fun, RP and stuff, this is an RP game anyways

2: Curses are allowed, romantic physical contact is allowed only in PM

3: Everyone starts at either Academy Student with 1000 ryo or Genin (which you have to make an RP sample in your charcter application) with 2000 ryo.

4: Bijuus, stuff like Curse Mark and those stuff will be given as a privelage. So if you ask for 1, you won't be given 1. even if you are a Naruto or Gaara

5: God-Modding in the chat is allowed. Like this: Madara Uchiha throws Jupiter at Yondaime, and he cant do anything about it, cause Madara is uber awesome. this is for the chat ONLY! no godmodding in fights <_<

6: if someone challenges you for your bijuu, and you denie the challenge, you automatically lose it

Roleplaying & Combat Rules

1. Roleplay to have fun. Obviously, every ninja will be fighting to win, in-character (IC). However, a roleplayer (rper) who is personally fighting to win in real life, or out-of-character (OOC), while not breaking the rules, will not have as rewarding an experience as one who fights to make the roleplay as awe-inspiring and epic as possible. "It isn't about whether you win or lose, but how you play the game."

2. Roleplay in a courteous manner. Do not god-mode (state effect of attack on opponent), power-play (imply that blocking/dodging your attack is impossible), ret-con (state that an action was taken previously, and simply "not seen" by the opponent(s)), or aim to kill another character without obtaining the permission of that character's rper.

2.1 Examples of Courteous Roleplaying. Leaving your attacks open-ended, leaving room to block/dodge, describing all combat-relevant actions taken by your character, regardless of how visible they are, and allowing a defeated opponent to retreat (alternatively, knocking them out (KO'ing) and letting them live, or simply obtaining permission from their rper to kill them before doing so) are all considered fundamental aspects of rping courteously. You can also obtain permission from the other rper to god-mode in your post; make a note in your post if you have their permission.

2.2 The thread creator has the right to enforce activity in their thread. If a poster has not posted within 48 hours, the thread creator can take whatever measures necessary, short of maiming or killing the character, to keep the thread moving.

3. Keep your thread's status current. If it contains mature content, label it (NC-17), if it is only between you and (an)other rper(s), label it (Closed) or (Private). Keep in mind that generally, threads happening in an open or public place should not be considered closed or private.

4. Jutsu Limitations must be complied with. Kawarimi must be prepared one post in advance before performing it, with the jutsu and description copy/pasted at the bottom of the post. Shunshin is only used for dramatic effect; your character does not move faster than their normal top speed, and it cannot be used in combat. Henge is considered an illusion; it does not alter mass, or enhance physical abilities/attributes.

I think these are some good rules... need the Zero approval though. what do you think?
